With more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and over 10 years in the surrogacy field, Melanie brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and firsthand understanding of the emotional journey of surrogacy.

Melanie’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Her own reproductive journey has shaped her understanding of the emotions, uncertainty, and hope that can accompany the path to parenthood.
